These are weekly on-going sessions where we can really work in-depth to find the roots and origins of the issue you are dealing with. You also have ongoing support as you make changes to your beliefs, behaviours and relationships. Its important to make time to commit to these sessions to get the best out of them and to see the results in your life.

Single Session Transformational Therapy (SSTT)
or Family/Systemic Constellations

  • Cost: £117
  • Duration: 90 mins (1h 30m)
  • Location: on line via zoom

This is for you if you are clear on what the issue is that needs resolving but you need some help in releasing it.
Or
If you know there is something wrong but you don’t know what that is, SSTT can help you identify the issue so you can decide if and how to work with it, this might be another session of SSTT or weekly therapy.

SSTT uses all of the skills and knowledge I have in a very targeted way. These sessions are focused on releasing the blocks in your life rather than talking it through.

Family/Systemic Constellations can help you identify release and heal family dynamics or issues that have been held in the family system and are being played out and repeated in your life.

The number of sessions that I have with clients varies depending what the issue is and how someone wants to work. If you want to set the number of sessions or work in an open ended way, I am happy to accommodate both. We can discuss this in more detail during the free 15 minute consultation or at the initial assessment.
